Google Docs

Yahoo briefcase is an Online storage unit for word documents, it was created in 2001 allowing only up to 50mb worth of space. Breifcase was replaced by its successor, Google docs.

Google docs is similar to Yahoo briefcase, only more advanced, in ways of it can hold more and it wasn’t just for one person. A user may Put up a link to a certain document and it makes it viewable by other people, such as employees, clients, or just friends and family. In the business aspect, business’ love it because it adds more structure and organization to it. Before Google docs, document sharing was very simple, a user would put the document as an attachment. Attachments after a point become very messy because it creates multiple version of the same file, Google docs; no matter how many people one file is shared with, there is still only one version.

In the regular world, in let’s say, a high school students life. I have to type a book report for English, but I can’t print it for whatever reason. At this point I’m loosing my mind, and then the thought pops into my head “what if I just hand write it?” then, to my rescue, I find Google docs! I save the file onto Google docs and I print it from school the next day. “ahh, an A how nice”.

Google docs is Business oriented program on the internet that also caters to average people, and even high school students. This makes the world a lot easier, and also a lot easier without all those messy Email attachments.

It’s very safe to say that most of the world that doesn’t live under a rock is familiar with, Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter. For those of you who do not know about these websites; they are social networks. Connecting old friends, or just friends in general. These Websites are for just recreational purposes for the most part, just to see how friends are doing. But there are other social networks designed for business professionals, this site is called “linkedin”.

Linkedin brings the business world together in a sense of “where can I find the best advertising company to advertise my company?”. Linkedin has a way to answer those questions by having the networks symbol of what would be friends on myspace or facebook, being connections. Lets just say, im an average working man. I work for a company but I feel that im going nowhere in a field I’m not even interested in. I sign up to Linkedin and I use the connections I make to get out of the job I hate, into a job with better pay and its something I like to do. Also linkedin could be used for someone looking for something. Ok, so, I Run a Printing company. But, I feel that im paying too much for ink and paper. I Sign up and make connections with other people in the same field and get feedback on what they think, and boom! I get the same inventory I have, but at cheaper prices.

Now, Linkedin has its downfalls. Not that linkedin is necessarily bad, but for us as people it takes away that face to face business. It also makes things a little too easy, that takes away from good work ethic. Because, who wants to really search for something? No one, so they use a network that finds what they need within hours.

Linkedin, as a whole is a very productive website, as it does take away from the real face to face business, it still makes business easier and helps people succeed in their work field.

Favorite Holiday

My Favorite holiday is going to have to be christmas. why? because this year im probably getting a new dirtbike! so thats something to look forward to, and also i get to see my family that i dont really ever see all that much. 2nd favorite would have to be thanksgiving, because it brings the family together and i love eating.

Today, im blogging about my best vacation ever.
My best vacation ever would be my trip to England, then sailing back to New York on the Queen Mary 2 in august of 2009. I left New York's JFK airport to Hethrow airport in England right out side of London. I Stayed in london for two days, I saw a lot of cool things there. like "The Eye", "Big Ben" Buckingham Palace, and a lot more. At the end of the two days My dad, stepmom, step aunt and myself drove to the port in South Hampton, England, there we boared the QM2 and later that day set sail for 6 days.

The boat itself was huge, i got lost a few times. The Food was amazing in the food court for everyone, but the actual resturaunts were just straight amazing. the boat had a lot of cool things to do on it, but i stuck with chillen with a few kids my age. all in all this was the best vacation either, and a good experiance as well

Twitter; the worlds easiest and quickest blogger allowing you to post what happens in your life between blogs. Twitter has a lot of plusses but still some negatives as well.


For business Twitter is very good for posting what happens in means of how a meeting went or something like that, however it could be bad if some one abuses it such as some one posting everything that happens in their office. In the social world, twitter is good for checking up on friends and family. Seeing what they did on that day or what they’ve done that day. But still, there is a down side to the social networking involved with twitter. It can consume some one to the point where they post what they’re about to cook, what there doing as soon as they moved onto something new. As far as entertainment goes twitter is perfect because you can track what a famous person is doing, but at the same time it could make you become almost like a stalker. News wise. Twitter is probably the fastest way to get news, because the thing about twitter is you can make a post whenever you want, and its live. Recreation, twitter just kills time, and it can still be life consuming because people get addicted to social networking


Twitter is the fastest social network out there. Just because its made to only to short blog posts, for the most random things, and sometimes things that mean somthing

My favorite teams are, Team Green and San Manuel, these are both motocross teams. the sport im into is motocross, one day i wish to go pro. I like to listen to a lot of different music, but mainly hard rock to metal. my favorite band is slipknot. and Activity wise. my favorite activites are riding/ racing my dirtbike, writing music, and playing guitar
